Breads & Moore opened January 4, 2010 as the inspiration of professional chef, Wendy Moore. Moore studied and interned under Certified Master Chef Raimund Hofmeister, and brought with her, 15+ years of experience in the restaurant industry - going from prep cook to kitchen manager to, finally, owner.

All items in our shop (except bagels!) are made from scratch right here on the premises; from the breads to the pastries to the jam for our thumbprint cookies to the soups! We use NO preservatives and only "REAL" ingredients. That means real butter, real vanilla, real cream, etc. Nothing artificial for us!

With all her experience and love of baking, Moore inspires her employees to go that extra step with friendly, helpful service. At Breads & Moore, we hope to provide our customers with exactly what they want. We welcome and encourage pre-orders and special orders so our customers receive the utmost satisfaction.

Although our name specifies Breads, we also have a great "specialty" sandwich menu, and a "Build Your Own Sandwich" menu; along with breakfast sandwich options (served all day!) and a variety of quiche, salads, mini cakes, cookies, pies and of course pastries!
Breads & Moore also does catering for business meetings, parties, picnics and everything in between! Nothing is too small for us!

Though we've only been open for a short time, we aim to please, so come on in and try us out.... We think you will not be disappointed!
